Why Should All Digital Marketers Care About Creativity?













What is creativity?
You can not define creativity to anyone. What creativity is to you, might not be to someone else. It’s how you perceive things.. And on asking our Creative Team, we got different answers for one word ‘Creativity’. To someone it meant expressing and putting your thoughts, to someone it meant motivation, to motivate someone to think, whereas to other few it meant innovation and to think beyond our imagination. 
Basically the whole purpose of defining creativity was to not give any one definition and Let creativity be defined by no defined words and that it is not subjective.. One thing that stood out for is the arguments about what’s creatively excellent and what isn’t. That is purely subjective. 

Why should you care about creativity?
As non-creatives (and for someone belonging to non creative department) can understand what it means to be creative in our own right, and strive to produce work that is creative too. We can all be creative in our own ways by applying fresh thinking and creating solutions to clients’ business problems. Like discussed above our definitions of creativity may differ somewhat, two things are very important for all the digital marketers:
First, Imagination and smart thinking is critical when it comes to problem-solving.
Second, Creative work is important, and so is the execution of the same as the objective is to highlight and get through the pile to provide the best ROI to the clients. To make the campaign a success, non-creatives can help build effective mechanics or frameworks.
With the above in mind, we, as digital marketers, need to embrace this ideal: to exercise our creative skills and abilities in terms of our various digital marketing disciplines without letting the fear of failure stop us from producing excellent work as a cross-discipline team. Creativity drives us.
